  • Sales Executive

    We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Trading team and help us for end-to-end management of B2B sales funnel, starting from lead generation to lead conversion. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be able to converse with customers effectively. The Sales Executive will work in our company's showroom.


    Responsibilities:

    • Sell second-hand electronic products, primarily smartphones, to B2B clients within company's show room;

    • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, and nurture the leads and understand their issues inside out;

    • Provide excellent customer service and support;

    • Negotiate and close multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue and exceed sales targets;

    • Keep up-to-date with the latest products and pricing information;

    • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.


    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills in English;

    • Proficiency in Chinese is required.  Knowledge of additional languages is a plus;

    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations;

    • Knowledge of second-hand electronics products is a plus;

  • Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Executive

    We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Executive to oversee the operations of our recycling/trade-in program. The ideal candidate will have experience in project operations and a strong background in strategic operations and data analysis. They will be responsible for coordinating with partners, optimizing workflows, and continuously improving project operations.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure smooth operation of the recycling/trade-in program, overseeing daily operations, addressing issues, and generating comprehensive reports for project analysis and account reconciliation;

    • Independently create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the business;

    • Streamline system requirements and optimize and iterate the system setup;

    • Adjust operational strategies based on project data and continuously improve project operations;

    • Identify pain points and issues in the business process and provide practical solutions.

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or above;

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project operations, preferably with a background in strategic operations and data analysis or the second-hand industry;

    • Proficiency in English and Chinese;

    • Excellent negotiation skills, communication skills, logical reasoning abilities, and execution planning skills;

    • Proficiency in using various office software, including PowerPoint for presentations, Excel for data analysis, and flowchart creation;

    • Business trip is required.

  • Logistics Officer

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to manage our daily operations and end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating logistics and shipping activities related to the import and export of second-hand electronics devices on a global scale. The Logistics Officer will be responsible for handling IE documents, ensuring smooth operations in each market, resolving problems, and improving logistics and order fulfillment processes. Effective communication and a strong knowledge of customer experience management are essential for success in this role.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily operations and oversee the end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes;

    • Coordinate logistics and shipping activities associated with the import and export of second-hand electronics devices worldwide;

    • Independently handle full sets of IE documents in accordance with custom requirements of each market;

    • Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations in local markets;

    • Analyze, identify, and resolve problems to mitigate potential risks;

    • Contribute to the improvement of logistics and order fulfillment processes;

    • Maintain effective communication with multiple stakeholders and working partners;

    • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline;

    • Extensive experience in logistics, service delivery, and order fulfillment, preferably in the second-hand electronics devices, smartphones, or telecommunications industries;

    • Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in logistics and order fulfillment;

    • Experience in changing or implementing new logistics processes;

    • Strong knowledge of trucking procedures, Tradelink, and clearance issues;

    • Possess a solid understanding of customer experience management.

    主要職責:

    1、負責與電子商務平台的香港/海外客戶日常溝通,處理電子商務其他相關工作;

    2、專案後台日常運營和維護;

    3、對業務相關資料進行處理與分析;

    4、及時完成上級領導交辦的其他任務。

     

    職位要求:

    1、在讀本科或碩士生;

    2、願意投身海外二手行業,動手能力強;

  • 運營專員

    工作內容:

    1、對接平台郵件(英文)溝通,負責投標採購平台的運營管理;

    2、對接客戶基本溝通,完成標單上傳,申請打款,開具發票等每日投標工作;

    3、對接倉庫同事完成客戶提貨工作;

    4、分析二手手機的型號,等級,顏色等對手機中標價的影響;

    5、分析客戶中標機器的相關資料並給客戶相應的買貨建議;

    6、收集投標政策相關的管理規定,市場供需動態,以及二手機行業相關專業知識;

    7、上級交代的其他工作。

     

    崗位要求:

    1、具有一定的英語溝通能力(英語六級),粵語或其他小語種為加分項;

    2、通過處理大量資料分析得出相應結論,對數位敏感,嚴謹,細緻,有責任心;精通Excel Vlookup, MAX, 數據透視圖等技能;

    3、熟悉電腦操作並能熟練使用辦公軟體 (Word,Excel,PPT等);

    4、較強的學習能力和總結能力,溝通協調能力,團隊合作精神和保密意識;

    5、有二手電筒子行業,用戶運營,外貿,跨境電商,投標經驗任一者優先;
