Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Sell second-hand electronic products, primarily smartphones, to B2B clients within company's showroom
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, and nurture leads
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve high revenue and exceed sales targets
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest products and pricing information
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Chinese is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Knowledge of second-hand electronics products is a plus
  • Irregular working hours is required

Logistics Officer

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and oversee the end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes
  • Coordinate logistics and shipping activities for import/export of second-hand electronics devices worldwide
  • Independently handle full sets of IE documents in accordance with customs requirements of each market
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) service providers to ensure smooth local operations
  • Analyze, identify, and resolve problems to mitigate potential risks
  • Contribute to the improvement of logistics and order fulfillment processes
  • Maintain effective communication with multiple stakeholders and working partners
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in logistics, service delivery, and order fulfillment
  • Preferably in the second-hand electronics devices, smartphones, or telecommunications industries
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics and order fulfillment
  • Experience in changing or implementing new logistics processes
  • Strong knowledge of trucking procedures, Tradelink, and clearance issues
  • Solid understanding of customer experience management

In-Store Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Sell second-hand mobile phones and electronics in-store
  • Operate and manage the Carousell online sales platform
  • Manage social media platforms and engage with customers
  • Maintain store inventory and in-store product displays
  • Assist with future store expansion
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • DSE graduate; experience in electronics or second-hand smartphone sales is preferred
  • Keen interest in social media
  • Able to communicate with customers in basic English
  • Willing to suggest improvements to the business
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Shift work required
